uiSwap allows you to buy items, trade items, trade items with cash, trade services for items, trade items for services, list and sell your services, purchase services and negotiate. Remember, you can use our convenient live chat feature for anything you do on UISWAP.

To Post Items for Sale or Trade- you simply select Post Item and list it accordingly.

To Buy Items- you simply browse through the categories, find an item you like and select Buy Now. You can also initiate a chat session or send a message to the listing party making them an offer for a different amount.

To Trade Items- you simply browse through the categories, find an item you like and make an offer with one of your items.

To Trade Items with adding cash to the deal- you do the same as above but select the Item + Cash button in the Item Offer page and simply add cash to the deal.

To List Services- you simply select Post Service and list it accordingly.

To Trade Services- you simply browse through items or services, find an item or service you like, and make an offer.

You can mix it up anyway you like.

We also offer Secure Swap for people who are trading items. There is an additional $5.00 charge for this by each party.

Secure Swap: Secure Swap is a way to trade your items securely. The way it works is that if a user has selected to securely trade their item by selecting it as a Secure Swap item, the other party is required to submit a deposit to UISWAP for the estimated value amount of the item which is being requested. If you neglect to honor your part of the agreed upon transaction, your credit card will be charged the estimated value amount of the other party’s item that you have requested. UISWAP also requires both parties to send out the item/items within forty eight (48) hours of the agreed upon trade. It also requires you to have the ability to track your mail and have a return receipt. The item has to arrive at the other parties’ address within seven (7) business days. If any of the above requirements are not met, you subject yourself for being charged the estimated value amount of the item. This charge can and will be non refundable. You will be charged: 1. If you fail to send your item; 2. If the item does not arrive at the other party’s address within seven (7) business days; 3.If you send an incorrect item that the other party did not agree to; or 4. If you fail meet with any of the Terms of Use of Secure Swap. Please note there is an additional $10.00 charge per party for each secure swap transaction

Fees and Charges:Joining UISWAP is free. Listing your services or products is free. Negotiating and chatting is free. Making offers is free. Completing any transaction for a trade or purchase is free. Our Fees and Credits Policy is available on the website and is incorporated herein by reference. For any Secure Swap transactions, there is an additional $10.00 charge per party. You are responsible for paying all fees, including any and all applicable taxes, associated with using our service and the Website. We may, from time to time and in our sole discretion, change some or all of our services, our Fees and Credits Policy and/or the fees for our services. Our changes to the Fees and Credits Policy will be effective after we have provided you with at least fourteen (14) days notice of the changes by e-mailing notification of the changes to the e-mail address you provide at registration. In the event we introduce a new service, the fees for that service are effective at the launch of the service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may choose to temporarily lower the fees for our services for promotional events (for example, free listing days).
